AI-powered reporting update
Sunday, 1 March 2026
Reporting is one of those tasks that’s always due “yesterday”. The problem isn’t writing the update — it’s gathering the details: what changed, what’s blocked, what decisions were made, and what stakeholders actually need to know.
This update improves ProjectBuddy’s AI-powered reporting in three ways:
1) Better signal-to-noise. The assistant prioritizes outcomes, decisions, and risks over raw activity. 2) Consistent structure. Your updates keep the same sections week to week, so stakeholders can scan quickly. 3) Safer wording. When information is uncertain, ProjectBuddy flags it as a question or assumption rather than presenting it as fact.
You can generate updates for different audiences: a short executive summary, a team-focused update, or a detailed log for project documentation. The goal is to let you choose the format — without spending time rewriting the same content over and over.
If you rely on weekly reporting cycles, try creating a template and reusing it. We’ll continue improving tone control, and we’re working on more integration points so data can be pulled from the tools you already use. More: projectbuddy.ai
