ProjectBuddy was born out of more than 20 years of leading projects and project portfolios, and the observation that the problem is usually not a lack of information. The problem is that the overall picture forms too late.
Why was ProjectBuddy born?
Companies have systems for leading finances, customers and operations. At the same time, the projects that deliver strategy, growth and customer deliveries are still often led with scattered information and reports built after the fact.
ProjectBuddy was born to change this.
We did not want to build another place to store project information. We wanted to build a platform that helps see the situation in time, anticipate what is coming and recognise where decisions are needed.
