Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile device) when you visit a website. Cookies help the website recognize your device and remember information about your visit, such as your language preference and other settings. This makes your next visit easier and makes the site more useful to you.

2. How do we use cookies?

ProjectBuddy.ai uses cookies to improve your experience and understand how our service is used. We use cookies for the following purposes:

  • Essential cookies: These cookies are necessary for you to use our website and its features. Without these cookies, services you have requested cannot be provided.
  • Performance and analytics cookies: These cookies collect information about how you use our website. We use this information to improve site performance and understand which pages are most popular.
  • Functional cookies: These cookies enable the website to remember choices you make (such as your username, language, or region) and provide more advanced, personalized features.

3. What cookies do we use?

We use the following cookies on our site:

  • Essential cookies: Store user's language preference and cookie consent decision.
  • Analytics cookies: With your consent, PostHog uses browser local storage for a random identifier, website usage information and traffic attribution.

4. Third-party cookies

We also use cookies from third-party service providers:

  • PostHog (EU Cloud): With your consent, we measure pageviews, traffic sources, selected calls to action, form outcomes and website performance. We do not send form names, email addresses, messages, assessment answers or ROI calculator inputs to analytics. Choosing Accept all also permits session recording for a sample of visits to improve the website. Recordings show navigation and interaction. Input values are masked; forms, conversations, calculators and embedded content are blocked entirely. We do not record console logs or network request contents. Previous analytics consent alone does not permit recording. You can withdraw consent in the website cookie settings; new collection then stops and PostHog's persistent browser identifier is cleared. Temporary tab identifiers can remain until the tab closes. Transmission of data already collected with consent may still finish. This choice does not delete data previously stored in the service. Leaving the banner unanswered is not consent. More information: PostHog Privacy Policy.

5. Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies as you wish. You can delete all cookies already stored on your computer and set most browsers to block cookies from being placed.

However, please note that if you do this, you may have to manually adjust some preferences each time you visit a site, and some services and features may not work.

Accept all allows PostHog analytics and recording a sample of visits to improve the website. Input values are masked; forms, conversations and calculator details are hidden in recordings. Accept necessary turns off optional analytics and recording.
