ProjectBuddy launches its first public version
Today we are opening ProjectBuddy to the public: a platform for leading a project, with the plan, tasks, risks and decisions in one place and AI working in those same views.
Projects rarely fail because of a missing tool. They fail because information fragments across chat, documents, email and meetings, and the picture of the situation gets assembled by hand. In ProjectBuddy the information is structured from the start, so the picture of the situation forms as part of leading the project.
What the first public version does:
- Writes status reports for stakeholders from the data already in the project
- Summarises progress, risks and decisions across the project
- Flags what is changing when the scope changes, so the plan stays aligned
We built ProjectBuddy on one principle: AI does the heavy lifting and the team stays in control. Every proposal can be accepted, edited or rejected. You decide what gets tracked, what gets shared and what counts as “done”. You can read how ProjectBuddy’s AI works today on the product page.
This is the first public version, and we will ship improvements quickly. If you try it and have feedback on workflows or reporting, we would like to hear from you.
